Baby massage is the oldest touch therapy with a technique that uses limb movements that have a stimulating, relaxing effect on blood circulation. To relieve fatigue and boredom in babies, swimming will stimulate motor movements in babies because the baby's muscles will develop very well, the body's joints will work optimally, weight growth will increase. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between the frequency of infant massage and the increase in the weight of babies aged 3-12 months in Medan Krio village in 2023. The type of research design carried out is an analytic survey research. The population in this study were all babies who attended baby massage in Medan Krio Village. Sampling uses the Total Population Technique, namely the entire population is used as a sample. The sample in this study were 30 babies. The results showed that the majority of mothers who did the frequency of baby massage with massage > 4x were 17 people (56.7%). and the minority of mothers who do the baby massage frequency with the ≤ 3x massage category are 13 people (43.3%), The majority of babies who experienced weight gain were 18 people (60%). And the minority of babies who did not gain weight were 12 people (40%). There is a relationship between the frequency of infant massage and infant weight gain where the p value is 0.00 <0.05 so that there is a relationship between infant massage frequency and infant weight gain aged 3-12 months in Medan Krio Village in 2023. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the frequency of baby massage and the weight gain of babies aged 3-12 months in Medan Krio village in 2023. It is recommended that mothers are diligent in bringing their mothers to the posyandu so that they are regularly massaged so that it can be a factor in increasing the baby's weight.
