Complementary feeding of ASI (MP-ASI) Is a process of transition from intake which was originally only in the form of milk to semi-solid food. The introduction and administration of MP-ASI must be done gradually, both in form and quantity according to the baby's digestive ability, MP-ASI is given to babies at the age of 6 months and above and if it still hasn't reached the age of 6 months then it should be enough given exclusive breastfeeding. This type of research is an analytic survey, with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies at TPMB Mardiianum. The sample in this study used accidental sampling, namely the sample was taken by taking cases or respondents who happened to be available or available somewhere according to the research context as many as 37 people. The results of this study indicate that the majority of mothers have knowledge in the less category as many as 14 people (37.8). And the minority of mothers who have good knowledge is 11 (29.7%). The majority of babies who experience constipation are 20 people (54.1%). And those who did not experience constipation were 17 people (45.9%). There is a relationship between mother's knowledge about giving MP-ASI and the incidence of constipation in infants where the p value is 0.01 <0.05 so that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about the impact of giving MP-ASI and the incidence of constipation in infants aged 3-6 months at the midwife's independent practice Mardianum Year 2023. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about the impact of giving MP-ASI with the incidence of constipation in infants aged 3-6 months at the Mardianum Midwife Independent Practice Place in 2023.
