Contraception is a method or tool used to prevent pregnancy. A woman can get a pregnancy if the sperm meets the egg, using contraception will prevent the egg and sperm cells from meeting, stopping the production of the egg. stops the union of sperm cells and the fertilized egg from attaching to the lining of the uterus. This type of research is an analytic survey, with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were women of childbearing age at TPMB Mardiaru. The sample in this study used accidental sampling, namely the sample was carried out by taking cases or respondents who happened to be available or available somewhere according to the research context as many as 39 person. The results of this study indicate that the majority of WUS who have less knowledge are 14 people (35.9%). And the WUS minority has knowledge in the good category as many as 12 people (30.8%)! The majority of WUS did not understand implant contraception as many as 22 people (56.4%) and the minority of WUS who understood implant contraception were 17 people (43.6%). There is a relationship between the knowledge of women of childbearing age and the use of implanted contraceptives where the p-value is 0.000 <0.05 so that there is a relationship between knowledge of women of childbearing age and the use of implanted contraceptive devices at TPMB Mardianum in 2023. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the Knowledge of Women of Reproductive Age and the Use of Implant Contraceptive Devices at TPMB Mardianum in 2023. It is recommended for WUS to always participate in every counseling given by health workers so that the mother's knowledge can increase so that her actions will also be better.
